Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.

The most expensive waste of time. It was horrid to put together and way too choose your own adventure for the price. I got three for my closest and considered not even opening the third.I am shocked that there are 5 star reviews and extremely sus. I am super disappointed and can’t believe i spent all this money for a product like this

Beautiful wood that is exquisitely finished. Very detailed assembly and easy to customize to your personal closet. Very high quality.

Amazing system. Very flexible, tons of configuration and customization. The quality is top notch, and John Louis Home gives you plenty of extra screws and hardware. This is my second John Louis Home closet system and trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. This is not a cheap snap together type of thing, you will need to handy, or have a professional help you install. I will be purchasing a few more sets to finish my walking closet as the total cost is cheaper than a “custom closet” installer with high quality and level of finish.

Great product. So many options to customize it anyway you want. Looks very classy and nice when it’s all finished. Only concern is the soft wood and how it can easily show dents and blemishes. Highly recommend!
