We purchased the assembly with this organizer because my husband and I are older and didn't want to assemble and put up it on the wall ourselves. Wayfair uses another company for assembly. A worker from the company arrived 1/2 hour late, looked at the boxes and said he couldn't do this in an hour and it would put him behind on his other scheduled jobs, so he didn't start the project at all. He said it would take an hour just to get everything out of the boxes. He promised to come the next morning. That evening we cut all the boxes open to make it quicker for him the next day. But, he never returned. We set up 4 more times with the company, and no one ever showed up. Since we had cut open the boxes, it would have been difficult to re-tape and return. After a few of weeks, we decided to do it ourselves. After getting everything assembled and on the walls, we found that the shelves would not fit in the slots. It appears the slots were not cut deep enough. We've contacted Wayfair who is contacting the manufacturer. Even if, they send new towers with correct slots, it would be almost impossible for us to assemble again and get all the brackets in the same exact holes as are in our walls now. In the meantime, our laundry room is disheveled since we have no shelves to place our supplies on now. We do not know how this can be rectified, especially with all the holes made in our walls. This is frustrating and a big disappointment.
Edit (6/30/25): Talked with the manufacturer today who says to resolve this WE need to cut the 10 shelves down with a table saw.
