The quality of this closet system is absolutely worth the purchase. It is difficult and time-consuming to install and the drawers close fine, but not super smooth/easy. Other than that it is very quality materials, looks high-end, and has great flexibility in how you decide to lay it out.

This was a very awful experience. We ordered the closet and only received the three drawers to the closet. Called and they reordered... then we only received just one drawer! Called again and they reordered... received the wrong closet (no drawers) and almost every piece was damaged. Called and got a refund... a week later... received another 3 drawers! Lost a whole lot of time, had to order somewhere else...why would I go back to wayfair

It is a nice closet my only concern is there packaging which they need to look into as it has couple of damage pieces when it was delivered. I'm happy which way fair was able to replace it.
