Slightly complicated to put together, but extremely well made and solid. It's sleek, elegant, and incredibly functional. I love it.

It took my contractor almost two days to put it together. the instructions are not very clear.

After completing the installation of the 120 Woodcest closet system I have mixed feelings. I am happy with the finished product it is attractive and the soft close drawers and doors work well. The wood finish was unblemished and did not require any touch ups. The included touchup pens came in handy for staining pieces that I had to fabricate from cut-offs to adapt it to a corner configuration with one end of the shelves terminating in a wall that contained a pocket door. However, even discounting the extra effort required for the corner configuration, the installation was much more difficult and frustrating than I expected, largely due to the unforgiving nature of the J hooks used to supports the shelves and the fact that the location of the tower side supports were not flexible meant I had to made ridiculous amounts of holes in the plaster and shim many of the hooks. The included plastic drywall screw-type anchors wouldnt even touch the plaster in my house, so I had to buy some metal ones. For this reason I dont recommend this product for an older house with uneven, plaster walls. Last tidbit is that the unit shipped with one drawer face that had the cam bolt holes drilled in the wrong location, leading the face to be offset by about 1 from the other drawers. On the bright side, customer support was very responsive and helpful (my call was answered by someone in Missouri) and I had a replacement part in my hands in three days. So in summary, if you have an older house, youre better off spending more on a unit that rests on the floor and just has an anti-tip nail strip or spending far less on a unit from a local hardware store that uses mounting rails with flexible screw locations so you can hit studs. If it happens to work for your closet layout and youve got regular 12 drywall that you dont mind butchering, then go for it it is a nice compromise between price and high-end look.

We love these closet sets. They are so upscale looking with the real wood construction. We put them in at our previous house and now that we have moved, we will be putting them in our new home, as well.
