Woodcrest 48" W - 120" W Closet System Reach-In Sets

We came very close to returning this closet organizer. Every step of the installation and fabrication was harder than it should have been, mostly due to poor engineering. The drawers were a pain to put together the drawer slides were of cheap quality, and the soft close didnt work very well, and came with cheap screws that broke easily. The cost and hassle of returning it is just not worth it. The finished and tweaked product is nice but what a hassle to get it all looking and working well.

This absolutely made our closet look spectacular. We had quotes done by closet companies that were expensive and made out of melamine and chose John Louis Home instead to get solid wood pieces that are really attractive and functional.

Product is just what we were looking for. Had a bad experience with the Angi assembly service providers. I won’t use the service again. Two technicians, two visits, more than four hours and they couldn’t get the closet system properly constructed. I happen to be in the middle of a major renovation, so I had access to other resources. My general contractor dispatched a carpenter and the botched assembly was corrected in a an hours time.

The closet system has nice finish. However, the drawers were poorly designed. Three out of the four drawers are hard to open and close. . The handyman spent a lot of time on these drawers but they still don’t work well. These drawers are one of the main reasons I bought this system. It’s not worth the money.

Sturdy and beautiful closet system. Easy instructions and even came with a touch up pen! We will be buying more for our master closet!!
