Excellent quality, solid wood. Requires upper level handyman skills, but really worth the work. The wood and hardware materials are top quality. I bought several of the 12 inch and 16 inch deep closet systems and I redid three walk in closets with tons of shelves and drawers. Total cost ~2,500, would have cost more than 5-6,000 if I would do this any other way.

I wanted to give this higher stars as it looks great! I rated it lower due to the assembly. The directions are included but are anywhere from extremely vague to tons of info on a small item. I also went to the website and watched the videos, the hardware and brackets they use are not necessarily the same as the item you bought. This assembly has taken me 5 days to get it together. While it looks wonderful now that it is done, there are some flaws. The packaging it comes in is not great, I had several pieces with dents and dings from shipping. They do give you a small paint pen, but some of the dings are pretty deep. The drawers they sent went to a 12 in kit and I ordered 16 inch kit, luckily for me I had also ordered a 12 kit for the other side of my closet. The drawers and doors are shipped in separate boxes, they are not too difficult to assemble, installing is a bit tricky. If you don’t have the tower exactly level they do it slide in well. The rails and slides on this are not smooth, it is very difficult to pull open, when you close it the soft close does work. As for the hardware, they sent me a bazillion different screws, rackets, etc., not one of them labeled. They are also of cheap quality, I stripped several and ended up going to my local hardware store for better screws. Overall it looks nice, but for the money I wonder if I had been better off paying double for a custom closet company to do this.
