I recently purchased a closet system from Wayfair with installation, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. First of all, Angi was contracted out to handle the installation, and it was a complete disaster. The first contractor left after only an hour and a half, claiming that the system was too complicated for him. I mean, seriously Isnt that their job Then, the second contractor didnt even bother showing up! Can you believe that So I had to reschedule and wait for the third contractor to come in. Thankfully, this third contractor was fabulous and did as much as he could to salvage the situation. It took a total of four contractors to put it together. But it shouldnt have taken four contractors to get the job done! To add insult to injury, when the order arrived, approximately 15 pieces were damaged. I was left bouncing between Wayfair and the manufacturer, trying to figure out how to proceed. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least. In the end, I settled for a discount just to be done with it. The closet system arrived with scuff marks and other damages. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. I will probably keep it for a few years and then replace it with something better. Save your time and money, folks. Do not purchase this closet system from Wayfair, and definitely do not add installation with your purchase. Its just not worth the hassle and frustration.

Love this closet system! The instructions were pretty easy to follow. It was well made. It looks awesome!

The panels were broken and I have contacted with customer service for over two weeks and they told me I have to contact with manufactory by myself. I always reach the voice mail and no one return the phone call. My problem hasn't been solved for more than 2 weeks. Still no response.

Well made and functional! Difficult to install if I was to do it. Thank goodness my husband is a pro. Love this closet system!

This is an absolutely lovely closet system. Mine came with no scratches or defects and all parts were there, plus extras in hardware. The help line wasn’t fabulous, as they assume more talent than this 71 year old grandma has—and I’m pretty handy. I put the drawers together easily, Despite imperfect instructions, and the center tower. But then it got tougher. I figured I would make mistakes galore, but I was going for it. Then my lovely contractor showed up and put it together for me. But he said anyone who would do the job for 119 was nuts. Still, the end result is great. I especially like the velvet lined drawers. So elegant!
