Very disappointed. Not only did the box come crushed and damaged, but when I opened the box, it looked like it had been a returned item because it was not packed properly. All the pieces were every which way. The cracked part of the broken shelf, actually faced the front. So it would show, which is not something you want on a new piece of furniture. But they wanted to give a 15 discount if I kept it. . Not acceptable. They’re sending an entire new one, but I have the inconvenience of sending the old one back, not even sure how to box it back up!! I’m usually much more forgiving and easy to work with but waiting sometimes 10-15 minutes between responses from the live agent really made me feel unseen.

When we tried assembling it the handle when you open the swing door it’s loose and the material isn’t that great . When we were putting the screws together the paint came off.
