Head attachment is not flexible at all, very stiff. Angle of head wrong and doesn't stay in contact w window. The cleaner blade(squeegee) very thin and doesn't leave a clean surface. Got very sore in shoulders trying to manipulate this device to work right. Do not recommend purchasing.

Meh… squeegee isn’t good quality and fairly useless. The orange bendable part doesn’t bend like it shows in the pictures. Maybe okay for standing outside and cleaning high windows but useless for an apartment. I will be putting this in the free pile at my apartment.
