Super cute and great storage. It had A LOT of pieces to put together and directions was a little hard, but once you got going it fell into place. If you have any smaller shoes like Roxy’s they will slide through and fall out, but there is a small drawer on top to hold them. It’s really nice and sturdy.

Terrible product! And terrible customer service by Wayfair. Don’t shop wayfair!! The description does not match the product whatsoever in that it shows shoes easily fitting into the cabinet but in reality they don’t fit at all. Men’s shoes absolutely do not fit. I don’t see how anyone could possibly fit 23 pairs of shoes in this thingThe instructions are incredibly confusing it was very hard to put together. I don’t see how anyone could possibly fit 23 pairs of shoes in this thing. Wayfair wants us to disassemble the thing and put it back in the box in order to return it plus pay return shipping fee, which is completely unreasonable. Considering it took 6 to 8 hours to put together, why would I want to spend another 6 to 8 hours taking iit apart

Does not fit 23 pairs of shoes. I'm size 6.5 and my flats barely fit in the back part of the shelf. You can only fit 3 1/2 pairs of dress shoes/sneakers across. Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Instructions are confusing as well. The screw packages are not labeled so it's hard to tell if you're using the right ones

So... there are two issues so I dropped two stars. The first issue was the instructions are really boo boo. They are only pictures and not very good pictures at that. I inferred a lot of things which is not something you want to do when building a cabinet. The second thing, I was missing parts. Now I did call Wayfair and they are shipping the missing parts out. It wasn't a huge hassle but it will definitely be another 8 business days (estimated) before I get the parts I need. The shelf itself seems to be nice though. Nothing was damaged, the color is beautiful, and the drawers are cool and functional. If you have the patience for minimal instructions and possibly missing pieces then definitely get this. Once it's complete I think I'm going to really appreciate the time assembling and the money spent.
