I had to purchase this rack as a substitute for a valet stand that I didn't receive. Much larger than I needed but tis was expected. It has a great weighted base so won't tip over. The entire product is built to hold a lot of weight. Very sturdy. The negatives are that there is a fair degree of play in the arms, but not noticeable once stacked with clothing. However, it was covered in multiple scratches, deep scratches, machine marks. I used the online return process and was really impressed at how easy it was to use. I received a new rack within a week. Unfortunately, it was still badly marked, but less so than the original, so I managed to piece together the parts to get a decent looking product. It's a very sturdy product but likley more suited to business than home use.
