This is really nice, I was dreading putting it together but the directions are great, step by step and easily explained, until I got to putting the drawers in. It has small plastic things that fit into each other then are screwed, very hard to do alone. I had extras of all screws, and fittings Except that one thing, I only had the right number of those and screws, when one failed I had to do some macgyering. I ended up using a drywall screw as theirs just kept popping out. Luckily it worked, but wish they would ad an extra of these plastic connectors as without them it is impossible to put together. Glad it worked for me and hope it stays. It is very nice looking and cleaned up my floor that was full of shoes.

Horrible!! Does not fit 36 pairs unless you have children feet … so disappointing

Significant amount of time to out together. The shoe holders do not fit correctly which makes the cabinet not functional at all . Working with customer service to have this replaced or refunded.
