Smaller than expected and came broken

The product arrived extremely poorly packaged. The box was very poorly sealed and the product was loose inside, resulting in scratches and other minor damage. More importantly, the compartments are too small to fit even a standard-sized mug. They advertise this as a mug display but it can't accommodate any type of mug.

Broken in The box and no one has gotten back to us so it can be returned. Really disappointed in Wayfair.
