Where do I start… The boxes arrived damaged. The shelves I received was used. Hand prints on the shelves,chips in the wood. Some type of film on it. It looks as I received a return, very disappointed. Since I threw the box out I will make the best of the situation. Overall disappointed once again with Wayfair.

Works fine if you have small shoes. But my size 10 shoes hang over the edge and creates a clearance issue when turning the tower.
