A piece is missing so it is a layer unusable. The part D is one short. Very disappointed. Want a part D sent or a refund

Update they didn’t pre drill holes in the bottom piece which the turntable sits on and I’m just stripping the screws. It wasn’t a mislabeled piece either, I checked them all and everything else is labeled correctly Great shoe rack. Love the storage solution for my shoes. White is great since it doesn’t show as much dirt. 28 pairs of shoes fit and it’s perfect for a large walk in closet! Got this for the house we’re building and I can’t wait to use it

Wow! This is an awesome shoe rack if you have the space for it. It can fit a ton of shoes (or anything really) and having the ability to spin it around makes it easy to find what you are looking for. It went together pretty easily and it is not too heavy so can be moved around without too much difficulty. It is very large, so make sure you measure the space you have before you order it.

I was very surprised by the size and sturdiness of this piece. It did not take long too assemble, instructions were easy to follow. It is a versatile piece you can use it to display clutches along with shoes plus so many other uses. It will help you keep organized. Great item, highly recommend.
