Item is made well however I received parts that do not fit together resulting in a completely useless item. Manual online is completely different than manual in the box with parts labeled differently. Customer service is horrible as it has been two weeks and I’m still waiting on a resolution

Great product, quite easy to assemble and fit perfectly

At first I thought we got scammed because the interior space wasn’t big enough to hold any of our shoes and sneakers (we had the adjustment on the middle option). But once we switched the adjustment to the lower most option, all of our shoes could fit into the interior easily. Just wish it were a big taller to securely hold some of our high-top sneakers, but oh well. This one does the trick for us
