The directions inside the box are not for this particular rack. It is for one similar. I was able to follow the instructions and modify it with what I had. In the end the shelf is very lightweight and it would not hold many items.

My original order arrived missing the hardware. Wayfair being Wayfair they shipped me a replacement pronto. The customer service department is second to none. I live in a small house that doesnt have a coat closet. This clothing rack will serve the purpose and wont take up to much room.

This little number didnt really look like what we ended up with Its also a little flimsy not what Im used to from Wayfair if I may be honest. We wanted it to store some items in the garage but its so small and so unsteady that we cant use it at all I would not recommend this for storage of any type sorry this one is a no for me! Oh and the instructions were different from the unit I think the unit looks like a different type on the advertisement but from the one different one we got.
