Easy to mount, sturdy and perfect for the small space that I have for shoe cabinet. Giving only 4 stars because of the fact that the too and bottom doors are connected. So when the top is opened, it opens bottom as well, which is stupid. I was not able to find this mentioned anywhere on the description else I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Cheap quality and barely fits shoes. Wayfair only offered a partial refund. Will not be using. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I just received the box and am so excited to put the shoe rack together. I purchased the grey and I have had this item before. It’s amazing.

Product is very heavy, but does the job. I would purchase again, but it would need to be on sale. Deducted the one star because of the weight. Nice clean and sleek look.

I wanted the gray color but it was out of stock so I bought the white one. It arrived with two very obvious dents on one of the front drawers. Upon communication with customer service via text, I was offered a 35% refund. The text customer service was slow so I had to take care of work before getting back to them about accepting the offer. That’s when they changed their mind and decreased the refund to 20%. When I asked to return the shoe rack for a full refund I was told I have to take the heavy thing to FedEx myself. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how Wayfair treats their customers.
