The delivery for this item came in multiple shipments which was not indicated when I placed the order. The order came in 2 shipments and was not left in front of my home as expected, but instead out in the open close to the street. The packages were also both shoddily packaged. I called Wayfair customer service to ask for the packages to be delivered in front of my home to which they explained that they have no control over what Fedex does with the delivery. I will not order from Wayfair again.

The closet is good quality and sturdy. One piece came cracked but since it was the middle upright piece it worked out okay and crack not visible once put together. My main complaint is the hardware was not clearly labeled in the instructions so I had to guess which screws went with which parts based on number of screws and size! I could have saved some time with better instructions. Whole assembly took 6 hours.
