The Firewood Rack came fairly quickly. I was excited to get the parts out and assemble to start using. When I took the peices out, I found that 4 parts were missing. I immediately contacted Wayfair to let them know. I saw that a replacement order was placed and delivery was due on 12/14. I tried tracking the package but there was something wrong with the Link. I contacted customer service who could see the issue and was told that someone from replacement parts would reach out via email. 12/14 came and went with no package and no email. I contacted Wayfair again and was told the same. I am irritated at this point with the lack of follow up and am sending the rack back. The one star does not reflect the product but it reflects my experience with Wayfair in trying to get these parts.

It appears a few pieces are missing and there are no instructions. Therefore, we haven’t been able to put it together

Perfect for the extra stash of wood I needed to keep on the back porch. Easy assembly. Very sturdy.
