If I could give negative stars this whole fiasco would definitely warrant it. I filed a problem about the condition my organizer reached me. I was told someone would contact me. Spoiler alert. No one ever did. I contacted the company again. I was directed to discuss the over text with an agent with left one word answers minutes apart. I was only given basic platitudes about the issues. I had to finally say I wanted a replacement. Pne was never offered. When I asked for expedited shipping ,seeing as it was their fault, I was told no. When I asked to speak to someone I was told it would be 48hrs. This is completely unexceptable. One of the worst customer rethink experiences I have ever had. 48 hrs to wait for a call. Ridiculous. The worst thing was I could have bought the item elsewhere. It would have been faster and cheaper. Makes me rethink about using this company in the future.

This matches the description well. It is bigger than I imagined. I should have purchased one with less lipstick slots.

Pretty, I liked a lot, it’s easy to choose my lipstick.

It is an amazing organizer, however I don’t think it’s worth the price. If you can get it on sale I’d say go for it!
