Missing two very integral parts for the assembly and I noticed the shelf grommets dont line up with the shelves. Such a disappointment. I hope I can get a refund or better replacement. The shelves are very fragile I would say this is a risk for young children who may attempt to use the shelves as steps to climb.

Love this shoe bench. Perfect size for the area I bought it for, the walk through from the garage into the house. Shoes were always left on the floor to trip over and now they can fit neatly in the shoe cubby holes. My husband's size 13 shoes also fit. Love it and highly recommend this product. It took me a while to put together but that was because I kept getting pieces backwards. Totally my error and not due to the instructions. They also included extra pieces which was very thoughtful. Also this is sturdy enough to sit on.

This is perfect for our back room when you enter from my garage or front door. It’s almost 60 long and has 18 slots for our seasonal shoes. We bought the black as to hide any scuff marks etc. The pad on top is thinner than expected but comfortable to sit on. I just wish the bench had a a lip on the ends to keep the pad from sliding off!

Lots for work to put together, but it works perfectly for our covered porch entrance.
