We waited two weeks for this to arrive, which was a bit off putting, but once it arrived I got busy putting it together only to find one of the components had a bent lip on the male joint, so there was no way to get it into the female end. Wayfair will send a replacement part, but now I get to wait another two weeks. That's alot of waiting and frustration for a fairly expensive hamper..... I only hope that they send the correct replacement piece or the rating will go down to 1 star.

It is as described. I took off one star because the casters stick and just don't roll very well. But because the unit is fairly lightweight I can usually maneuver it around anyway, I just wish it rolled better.
