The worse thing is that the drawers are not as described or shown. They say the drawers are full extension and they show good draw slides but in reality they use cheap drawer slides that are not full extension.

Easy instructions, looks great, drawers close quietly and it’s sturdy. One of the drawers had a missing part but a few messages to the Wayfair help chat and they had a new part shipped quickly. Edit it’s been 4months and the drawers wont stay on the track bc they bent or bowed out. Cheap metal parts and falls apart.

Instructions were easy to follow. The dimensions were perfect for our closet. I will be upgrading the look with new metal knobs (the originals are plastic) and I will buy plugs for the holes for the shelving. I think this will really upgrade the look. I would not recommend leaving these towers just sitting on the ground, they are quite easy to move. A couple of the drawers did not slide smoothly, I had to tighten or remove screws from the railing system that were sticking out and catching.

This closet system is sturdy and has plenty of room for all closet essentials. Nice drawer slides as well. Attractive materials.

This was better than described. The instructions on the smaller boards could of been better. Great value for the money as compared to Closetmaid. I would definitely recommend.
