Lifetime Extreme Weather Shed Roof Kit (8ft sheds)

A how to video would be perfect, took me 6 hours to install. It is worth the money, made a big difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added this kit plus a snow load kit to strengthen the new 8 X 15 shed I bought. I did some pre assembly of the extra truss bracing then removed the screws to aid in roof panel installation. Made it a lot easier for me not having to self tap all those screws from over head.

Great add-on! It is a must in the Pacific NW weather. This Extreme Weather Kit should be offered as part of a model itself rather than "only" as an add-on. It is quite expensive for an add-on and I feel that many of the parts should be included in the basic shed kit. Unfortunately, the kit is marketed a bit deceptively as it is only for the 10' or shorter shed. If you have a longer shed ( 12', 15', etc.) you are required to purchase additional parts to fully beef up your shed. That said, after calling Lifetime support, I was sent the additional parts required to weather-harden my 8' x 12.5' shed.
