My star rating has more to do with Wayfair than the actual product. I received a package that had been previously opened and was taped up and sent back. That would have been fine, but not all of the parts were in there. None of the 4 clamps that are used to put the unit on a garage door were in there. Also, there were no assembly directions. The package did have photos of what pieces are supposed to be included. I am using it in a wall, so at least it is usable without the clamps.
