Well made , the top itself is about 5/8" thick . Seems a little short in length ,for the price . Perfect for small spaces, and transport.

Although this workbench is designed to be able to clamp or screw down onto a larger worktop, it also works well for me as a laptop workbench. I don't even need to strap it around my waist. The size and weight of this portable workbench worked out perfectly. Assembly was simple and the quality was great.
