Works for me. I use this on the corner of my breakfast by my calendar. Now I have everything at hand that I need to put appointments on my calendar, write checks and take notes when I am on the phone. Good purchase for the price.

It's very nice and will do the job for me. The thing that makes me nervous is that it's just the wood with no finish on it so I'm worried about it getting splashed on my kitchen counter and staining. Other than that, good buy.
