It looks like the photos and it’s pretty nice, but I had a few issues. I do not like putting things together and I don’t think I’m very good at it, so maybe it’s me, but for the life of me I could not get the bench seat top to work with both hinges in. I thought at first one was mislabeled, so I switched them and tried multiple ways but it just would not work. The stock photos only show one hinge so I ended up removing one and it works. There were some pieces that were not pre-drilled that I think could have been, and a couple times the directions were not clear. While putting the support plastic pieces and screws in the back I was unsure of exactly where to place them, and one ended up poking through the front a little bit. There are also spare pieces that you would probably never need, but some pieces that should have had spares but didn’t, like the cheap plastic pieces. There were also a couple significant chipped areasscuffs one highly visible areas. I haven’t filled it with shoes yet, but beware it doesn’t look like chunky shoes like hokas will fit very well.

Good quality compared to some other pieces I’ve purchased from here. Like a few of the other reviews mentioned you can only fit a single row of adult shoes in each drawer, but still gives a nice amount of space and helps with declutter. Instructions were easy to follow assembly took about two hours with my teenage son helping me. 

This is a very nice piece for the price. The shoe storage is good for small shoes, especially kids. For adult shoes even my sambas on the top half of the shelf prevent it from closing, so larger running or hiking shoes don’t fit as well. However, flats and sandals would. The bench space is nice but too tall for my small 5yo to get onto easily. The flip top bench hinges are pretty low quality and poorly aligned. You can see in my second photo that a sticky residue and uneven finish is found on some pieces. Using a power screwdriver this took me about 60-90min to assemble but I am very familiar and comfortable with furniture assembly. Overall, it is good for the price but not outstanding. I will update if durability is an issue.

Easy to put together for single person. Sturdy and beautiful addition to my home.

Width of rack is small and wont fit shoes more than 10.5 straight, you can only fit 3 pair if shoes in one rack. Although there is separator space get squeezed out. Consider this if you have more shoes to fit. material quality is ok.

The "wood accent" looks unnatural and the seat is small and unstable.

Very nice looking and stylish product. There was quite a bit of a challenge with putting in the shoe draws part. The instructions were confusing. I recommend having someone holding it while working on that part alone.

Assembly of this product was a bit complicated because an hammer was needed I do not have one at home. Once the product was assembled it was absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product if you have a small entry way or live in an apartment.

Had slight damage and product had manufacturing default But we kept it. Too much hassle
