I ordered a 3 tier shelf and because that was out of stock the merchant took it upon themselves to send me a 4 tier. My son put it together before I realized it was the wrong item. The wayfair solution was to give me $25 off for an item that doesn't fit or have me completely disassemble the item, reboot it and send it back. Terrible customer service from both the merchant and wayfair!
