Loved that it came ready to go. Bought two for a sweater rack and it works perfectly in my dressing room.

It’s beautiful Wish it had a top shelf but that’s easily fixable.

Overall it’s a nice unit. I purchased 2 in order to put them on either side of my buffet, and while they’re nice looking from afar, when you get up close the imperfections are easy to see. The framing of each ‘box’ (shelf section) isn’t level and I’m afraid to put any kind of pressure on it to see if it will straighten. Welding marks and the glue(?) to hold the shelves in place is also a little sloppy. I’ll keep them as it’s too much of a hassle to return them, but I’m not happy about the $259.99 price tag for mediocre quality.

After returning one Osbie shelving unit, because the top tier wasn't square and one marble shelf had become unglued during shipping, leaving scratches in the paint, the replacement arrived in a damaged box, again with a loose marble tile and scratched paint, Wayfair refunded 25% of my purchase price. I bought the unit for use as a plant stand and it will suit that purpose. It is not a high quality item that I would otherwise display in my home. The weld points are small, with very visible gaps, making the unit look cheap. I plan to fill the gaps and touch up the paint, mostly because I don't want to box up this second unit and drive it to FEDEX to return it.

Very disapointed, item arrived damaged, was replaced with another damaged product.  Very poor workmanship, structure crooked, finish poor, not stable. On the other hand I am very satisfied with the way Wayfair and Ronald responded to my situation. Prompt response and situation resolved, refunded immediately.

It’s really lovely, looks just like the picture. It’s a lot heavier than I thought but I’m happy with it because it’s sturdier that way. I bought it to go in a tall niche and it works perfectly.

I love the shelving unit but it came without the top glass shelf. They sent me a new one and it also has no top shelf.

Nice tile shelves, good color, interesting design, well packed. Unfortunately ours came without the top glass piece- seemed like it had been returned and repacked without it. Arranging to exchange for complete replacement.

Looks beautiful- came fully assembled and very well packaged. I took off a star because it is missing the glass top. Hopefully, Wayfair will correct the issue by sending it.

We ordered these two shelves that stayed in the box till we were ready for our reno. This stand came clearly damaged. Plus, it looks like it was obviously known to be damaged and just some poor attempt to slap some glue on it and ship it out anyway was made. Solid lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Not cool Wayfair, not cool.
