Creager Accent Shelf with Hooks

I don't understand how to hang this shelf. I see the screws and wall anchors in the package, but the shelf's back (see picture) doesn't secure to them.

Love this shelf! It’s a very solid piece and a great addition to our entryway.

Horrible... back piece to hang to wall just pops out. Should be easy to mount to wall but poor quality Edit- they replaced the broken one and the new one was perfect!

This shelf was delivered damaged. The black paint was pealed off two of the knobs on the shelf hangers.

Love it! Looks great and works perfectly for our space. I initially received one that was cracked, but contacted them and received a free replacement

Don't love the way it attached to the wall screws, you get to play the game were you blindly poke around hoping to get them on. We missed once and it fell overnight, but that's likely user error. Otherwise, it looks as described and holds jackets

Really nice a sturdy and also looks great. I'm pretty picky about this stuff and no complaints so that's a good sign.
