Easy to install and filled up with only .13" of rain that night! Loved that it came with the spigot attached, and well sealed. Overflow 'pipe' will be great when we have lots of rain.

Neighbors have remarked favorably on the look. Would have been ideal purchase if it had included the complete rain barrel kit rather than just the barrel, especially for the price.

I have been searching for a rain barrel that is not plastic for a while now, and I’m excited I found this! It is well built and I love that it is repurposed from being a wine barrel. I followed the advice of another reviewer who mentioned putting a finer mesh on the opening at the top to block out mosquitoes and I think that will work great! Very happy.

I am so very pleased with this purchase. I had been looking a plastic rain barrels but my husband suggested that I look for a whiskey or wine barrel. I went back on Wayfair and found one. Ordered it and it arrived four days later. I did have to have my son wheel it to the back porch and unwrap it for me. I filled it with water to make certain there weren't any issue (there weren't) and then put a flower on top. Perfect rain catcher and perfect addition to our back porch. Thank you.

This is the real deal! An actual, wooden barrel repurposed to collect and hold rain water. Looks much better than the cheaper, plastic rain barrels. Seller did a great job with the packaging. Will consider getting another.
