It’s nice and sturdy, but came with a 6 inch white mark on the seat. Too heavy and expensive to return. Other than that, it was a good buy

I was in desperate need of a shoe bench, especially when my daughter and my grandchildren moved in for a while. It was a cinch to put together, and aside from the umbrella portion, which would’ve made this bench too wide for the wall where it would sit, it’s perfect. My daughter and grands haven’t lived with me for sometime now, but I continue to use this for myself to go inside and outside of my house. (I’m a no shoe house) I don’t ever sit on it, but I have tried it, and it is sturdy for a woman of 130 lbs. It’s perfect for little ones though.

I adjusted the shelves and the pegs locked in easily – nice range of height options
