even though I looked at the measurements, when they came. They were smaller than I thought. They came a day earlier than expected which was good

Very unique piece rustic and charming used to put small pieces of pettery and crystals in it, hung on wall.

It’s nice quality but it is much darker than in the picture. I am not sure I will keep it. I really liked the color as shown.

The shelf is nice, but they sent the wrong item at first. I spent a long time on the phone getting the issue resolved, drove 40 minutes to the nearest UPS drop off so I didn't get charged for the wrong item and I was offered nothing to make it right except 10 percent off a future purchase, on top of waiting longer to get my item. Their mistake became my big problem, gas money and hassle. I didn't feel appreciated. My husband said several coworkers also have bad Wayfair stories, so I'll shop elsewhere. All they had to do was offer a discount on the item and I wouldn't be writing this.
