I received this Thursday and intended to put it together today (Saturday) but after opening the box I found the only parts inside were TWO shelves, not four and there were no vertical poles on which to mount any shelves. $199 for two wire shelves. I tried to contact customer service at the maker but no answer on weekends, apparently.
