[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Omnigrid FoldAway Cutting and Pressing Station has been a great addition to my crafting station. I love the large size - which is the largest size Omnigrid Gear FoldAway - and that it folds up easily for storage. It allows me to have a portable pressing and cutting station so I can work from home, or easily take it to crafting days with friends and family. It's great for quilting and sewing, but I also like to use it for Cricut projects. The surface is non-stick, allow the pieces to stay in place. I'm terrible at freehand cutting, so this is great for trimming and following the proper lines without worrying about the material sliding around.

It's super versatile and it's compact size makes it easy to travel with and use just about anywhere. I love this for the times I don't want to sit at a desk or table necessarily but I want to work on my projects and need a stable flat surface to do so. I like sitting on the couch watching a movie with the family and working on my crafts at the same time and this makes it possible to do so. One side is a gridded mat great to help you measure and cut and the other is a nonstick pressing surface that's great for ironing/pressing foundation blocks. It's lightweight and folds in half with velcro closure and handles for carrying. So it goes easily from room to room or in the car when we go camping this coming summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The portable table works better for small projects. The pressing board part worked alright, but if pressing a garment, you must pay attention to where the edge is to prevent unwanted creases.
