Not the best quality, compared to my other Origami shelves

Bought similar, larger QVC Origami product 2 years ago. Love it. This Origami is terrible:(1) Not easy to assemble. QVC assembled like the demo. This workmanship was poor; not easy unfold, push lock into place. I had to loosen joints to align for locking, even then it was difficult. Finally got it locked. (2) May have been used; there were scuff marks with missing paint. Not horrible, but noticeable. (3) Missing parts. First box had the Tesla-logo-shaped allen wrench. Second did not. Luckily I opened the tooled box first - needed it to adjust brackets. Had I opened the second box first, yikes-I wouldn't have been able to lock either shelf. Too much hassle to return, so keeping, but not happy. Saving grace, shelves adjust easily - only thing going for it. QVC made in China, Wayfair made in India. Maybe a quality control issue. Love this shelf! So practical and it was so easy to set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how much space it gives you. The shelves are nice and sturdy except one. It would be better if it wasn't for one of the shelves not fitting. If you put it on the bottom, you can't even tell, plus all you have to do is put something heavy so it doesn't pop up. It is also very customizable.
