Three stars because it is big and sturdy once assembled. Getting a complete unit and assembling was a special kind of nightmare. I've assembled legions of items in my 40+ years. I DIY, and I am pretty handy. That being said, they need to fire their engineers - both the ones who designed the shipping packaging and the ones who designed the unit. My first box came open on both sides and damaged. My second box came with all the screws loose in the box and one side almost open. In order to assemble the lid, you have to sit INSIDE the box - yes, you have to sit inside it - with a light source while someone holds the lid slightly off your head. The screw holes in two places were impossible to utilize and who uses self-tapping screws in plastic?? One of the female receptors just popped out during install. Additionally, the metal loop for a padlock does not slide cleanly into a slot; it actually pushes out the plastic side and rubs against it before slotting into a gap. I imagine over time this will compromise the integrity of the unit as the metal loop is constantly being dragged over the plastic side every time you open or close. Directions were less than clear and there didn't seem to be an assembly video to reference. The unit also off-gases like crazy - I assembled it yesterday and I can still smell it in my house even though we moved it outside right away. I would order this only if you need a unit of this size because they are hard to find. I needed it to store my hammock during wet weather so it had to be 62+ inches, which was hard to find.
