Price and quality go together. What arrived should have been expected. The instructions and manual listed parts that were not included. The real kicker was figuring this out after building 90% of the structure. The canopy and the last caster had issues because the parts list and instructions did not match. The last caster did not have a thread on the last footer to thread into, making the whole structure wobbly and limp on one side. Calling the customer service line during their hours was not sufficient, as no one answered before 5 PM Pacific on Saturday. The ornament on the top canopy has a similar "zero thread to go into" issue. Lesson learned: clearly check off each and every part and its name/letter before starting a build with this brand.

Missing many screws and washers. Top part doesn’t fit and leaves a large opening which allows water to get inside. We had to use a plastic bottle to keep it waterproof. Zero assistance from Wayfair.

Disappointing. Missing 8 bolts - had to run to the hardware store to replace them. Top finial just sits on top and has nothing to screw into. Quality is on par with other faux wicker. Would not recommend, certainly for this price.

Everything is great with this towel caddy however the top piece did not fit. I cantacted Wayfair right away and they sent me all the information to get it replaced. I am still waiting for the replacement. It should be here today which is only a week from when I received the item. The one thing I love about wayfair is that you respond and resolve any issue immediately.
