If you think you can do this in the suggested 1-2 hours, forget it. Set aside 5-7 hours with 2 people. There are over 80 screws. The instructions are small pictorial views with no indication of the orientation of the parts. The door panel reinforcement rods were missing holes which I had to drill, and some of the parts didn't line up well, so again I had to drill more holes. I'm and engineer with loads of experience and I used electric tools for assembly. The final result looks OK. Make sure you have a solid water resistant wooden base to screw it to.. I also suggest you paint the exposed metal surfaces and spray the screws with a protective varnish. Enjoy!
