Unfortunately, the products received do not match the published listing description and possess several material defects. Below is a detailed breakdown of the primary concerns: 1. Item Does Not Match Product Description (Structural & Stability Deficiencies) The official product description explicitly claims: "Stronger & Longer-Lasting: Upgraded galvanized steel panels and a reinforced internal frame provide superior stability and all-weather protection, backed by enhanced waterproof and UV-resistant capabilities." In reality, the sheds provided contain only two vertical structural support beams, resulting in an extremely unstable structure. This design fails to provide the advertised "superior stability and all-weather protection." To make these sheds safe, functional, and durable enough to withstand normal weather conditions, I was forced to hire a contractor and purchase additional structural materials to reinforce all three sheds. 2. Damaged and Corroded Components In addition to the structural design deficiency, numerous components arrived damaged, misaligned, or showing signs of active surface rust out of the box. I have attached photographs documenting these damaged and rusted parts for your reference. Additional Concerns Beyond the two issues detailed above, I encountered further quality concerns with the units that reinforce my overall dissatisfaction with this order and my expectation that these products did not meet the standard represented at the time of purchase.

The package came on time but the instructions were very confusing. The pieces were not labeled correctly to match the instructions. It would also be extremely helpful if there was an assembly video.
