The item I received was an obvious prior return. The paint had several scratches that someone tried to conceal with a black marker and the lid for the garbage can was glued on rendering the wipes portion of the dispenser useless. Lastly, the single hinge door does not stay shut and requires the item to be placed against the wall to keep it from swinging open. Not only do I now have to pay a $25 shipping fee to return the item, I also have to find a local Fedex (which is about 15 miles away) to do the drop off since they can’t do pickups in my area. If I can give zero stars I would, complete garbage.
