Was disappointed. As soon as I began to unfold it, I noticed The covering on one side was detached from the zipper. I called customer service and the rep was helpful. I agreed to keep it and was given a 10% refund. After I started to unfold it, I noticed a slight odor, the zipper was damaged and it was dusty inside of the covering. I should have waited before I called customer service. Don't call customer service until you have examine it completely.
