The chest was well made and gives our living room old world charm.

I really like the chest. They need to pack them better to avoid damage. The first chest I ordered was broken on the inside and the latched were broken and crushed. I am pleased the way that it was handled by Wayfair. They shipped a new chest right away. I would give them a 5 star review.

The stain comes off on your hands (and any decorative anything you want to put on top. The item was damaged when it arrived (so the packing on it isn't great). I wouldn't send it back, but I wouldn't pay as much as I did if I were to do it again. All that said, it look EXACTLY like the pics.

First let me start off by saying this Chest is PERFECT for what my wife and I were looking for as a cool looking coffee table. However, upon receiving it, the chest had some slight factory errors. This was nothing I or my wife could not fix on our own so there was no need to send back. When I called WayFair, they (customer service rep Larry) were extremely helpful and offered excellent customer service. Chest = Faulty mechanics but beautiful once repaired WayFair = Excellent customer service and will be making more purchases in the future.

Not happy. When I received all the latches are broken off and the inside piece of wood is not tacked correctly. Poor quality.
