Ok this is a long and frustrating situation I am going to write in this review so you can fully comprehend my reasoning . First of all we took our time selecting a sofa and a bed there’s hundreds to chose from so it took quite a while . We placed the order had our delivery date and the arrival of the assembly professional all lined up and took the day off of work to be there for the arrival . The day comes and nothing shows up . We get online and we see it’s been flagged as fraud. We are like wth and we call to find that because our address on our credit card and the delivery address are not the same they canceled our order and canceled the payment. My partner never checks his email they had our phone number you would think that they would let us know if there was fraudulent activity on our card at least. We had just moved and the address on his card was not updated yet. What’s the point of having our number if they can’t reach out to us to tell us something like that . So we place another order this time I change my address on my card and we send the items to our new home address. We take yet another day off work to get our new order this time we bought a bed and a huge closet system . Spending almost 1500 which is not much but we were a little unsure of Wayfair and didn’t want to drop thousands to end up disappointed…..which was a good thing because after the items arrived on three different days kind you each delivery someone had to be home . The girl that’s supposed to assemble the bed tells us that’s it’s just her and she is only there for the bed not the closet as well when we specifically asked for two items to be assembled on the same day. So any how she starts putting this bed together and it ends up taking her 12 hours!!!!! From 4 pm to 4 am that’s right 4 am !!! I kept trying to ask her if she needed help and she kept telling me no but then she would complaine about not having another person to assemble it finally I got irrated enough I told her I was going to take a look and good thing because she was putting this thing together all messed up. Things were backwards and such . It took me 30 min to complete her job. Then she wants me to tell her husband she was not out doing anything bad that she was at a clients house so I get on the phone and he is screaming at me saying he has called the Seattle police and search and rescue .!!! I just hand her back the phone and ask her to just leave. Mind you we still have her a 30 $ tip. So then we still have this huge closet we need put together and we wait two more days. Take yet another day off of work and it’s supposed to be TWO people and one shows up he tells us he is the only one and that he is only there to put together one box . The closet came in 4 boxes! I call Angie’s they tell me to wait 30 min to see if someone else is coming and finally he did but only to come in take a look and say “ nope I work alone” and he refused to help. So now there’s one guy fortunately this guy is great and he completed the job only problem was we had to pay him 130 bucks to do it! So we paid over 230 bucks to get this put together . Then I go to look at the closet and what do I notice? It’s two different colors 3 different finishes . 3types of drawer pulls. It never end . And when I called Wayfair to complain they said they can’t even pay for the postage for the bed we need to return and we have to disassemble it ourselves. This is just beyond unacceptable. second our
