This product is a complete waste of money snd I’d like a refund! I put it together, which was a nightmare, even used a hammer to secure the rods and it fell apart 10 times while assembling, and 3 times while putting shoes on, managed to secure it snd it’s already fallen down 4 times with the shoes on. Entirely too much hassle and money not well spent! Highly disappointed

Assembly is a real challenge to frustration! The next scream you hear will be mine!!!!

Was kind of a pain to put together alone but once together has stood sturdy and holds more than enough shoes.

So I’m picking up my shoes after it gave out. It’s been less than an hour since assembly and shoe placement. If I could give it no stars I would. It becomes apparent why they only have a few pairs in the picture. Flimsy and cheaply manufactured. Since I purchased them I will attempt to reconstruct it again with reinforcement. So disgusted with this product.

Put it together last night, woke up to this. Very unfortunate. It’s extremely light weight and easy to topple and clearly not very well made! Super disappointed, I was excited for this and hoped it would work better. (

There’s probably a reason that there’s not 50 pairs of shoes on this rack in the display photo... I had about 40 pairs on it and it literally snapped in half.

Flimsy at best. Even before I loaded several pairs of shoes it kept coming apart. Eventually it just collapsed. If you only own light weight flats, maybe you could get a couple pairs per row. If you actually have real shoes forget it! I find better quality items at the Dollar Store. Now I have to pay 7.95 for return shipping. Not too happy with Wayfair right now either. They say shipping is free, but they just ad it into the price. Save yourself the trouble.

Waste of money. Didn’t even have very many shoes on it. It leans as soon as you put it together. We put all heavy shoes on the bottom and lighter shoes on top. As you see from the picture, it broke. Pile of junk. Don’t waste your money.
