It is a heavy well-built rack, but designed to be hung into the drywall. A good design would use oblong screw holes, spaced to allow mounting to wall studs. Even with drywall anchors this will have to be babied when pulling out the rack and when adding and removing trousers. If not handled oh so carefully and just used, the anchors will erode the drywall and cause a very messy fail in a few months to a few years.
