Benedetto 32.9'' Clothes Rack Storage Mirror Solid Wood Garment Hanging

We put this into one of our short term Vacation Rentals and our guests love it. They don’t even miss not having a closet. And, it was easy to assemble.

It came damaged and then the online app didn't work to return it. I called and now it's going to take 5-7 days to even hear back from Customer Service. This is my last time using Wayfair. Too many damaged products and a true waste of my time.

Beautiful rack. Really well made with solid materials. There was a tiny scratchchip and one of the screws for the drawer track was torn out of where it was screwed in. Scratchchip was on the back of the drawer where it won’t be seen and I glued the drawer track. No big deal.

It's a lot darker than it appears in the photos. More of a walnut shade. Had to be careful building it- the holes will strip if you over tighten. I used wood glue for extra sturdiness so i'm not worried about the construction but I would be if I was a novice. Drawers are not on tracks. Instructions were barely helpful-Not a beginner build. Overall looks much nicer than a metal clothing rack and has drawers but for the price i expected tracks and no open screw holes facing the front.

Great material and looks exactly as expected! The box arrived damaged so we had to fix the drawer hence the 4 stars

Super creative way to organize a mud room!

The box was all banged up and half opened when it arrived. I’m afraid to open the box bc if I have to guess it’ll be broken

Its really cute, but the finish of the wood rubs off with your finger in some spots. The whole thing wasnt having issues just the top bar and the knobs that attach on the side. Ive asked for replacement parts and hoping we can keep it. It fits the space perfectly
