I thought the drawers would be a little bit bigger but it still looks cute and can organize everything very neat

This make up organizer works wonderfully in my bathroom countertop. I am able to store all of my make up in the individual drawers and slots that are available to this product. I highly recommend this product to everyone. The black goes with everything in my bathroom. It is also very durable.

Your customer service is excellent, however, the actual product is cheaply made which is not your fault. It's frail plastic and all the drawers and sections do not fit properly. Also, it is tiny so I guess the picture of the organizer is misleading again, I should have been more cautious.
